Returns Policy
The happiness of our customers is our #1 priority, however we are a small business.
In regards to The Park Bottle, for Health & Safety reasons we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are only available for items deemed faulty. For other items we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note, and return post will be at your expense. To qualify for a return the items must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. If you think you have been sent the wrong order, or your item is faulty we will issue an exchange or full refund upon return of the item (which we will cover costs for).
