WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments via most debit and credit cards. (Exc AMEX).

You can also choose to pay via PayPal, which gives you the option to use PayPal 4 in 1 staggered payments (if you are eligible).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

The happiness of our customers is our #1 priority, however we are a small business.

 

In regards to The Park Bottle, for Health & Safety reasons we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are only available for items deemed faulty.

If you think you have been sent the wrong order, or your item is faulty we will issue an exchange or full refund upon return of the item (which we will cover costs for).

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we are shipping worldwide! All items are sent from Victoria, Australia. PayPal should convert the currency for you.

 

We are looking to have stockists in other countries, if you'd like to be a stockist please email us at hello@gigiandalba.com.

 

We aim to have dispatch from USA and UK within the end of the year! 
 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PARK BOTTLE?

We recommend washing with warm-hot soapy water. We don't recommend putting your Park Bottle in the Dishwasher or using boiling water. Also be careful about leaving in direct sunlight for too long, this can discolour some items including the logo on the white bottle.
